We understand that reaching out for support regarding domestic abuse can often be scary and new, and we aim to support all women who have experienced domestic abuse in an understanding an empathetic manner. If you are in need of information or support, you can access this by calling our Crisis line.
The WASLER Crisis Service is a confidential service in which women can access support and information regarding domestic abuse by a member of our duty team. This can be done over the phone, by calling our crisis phone number, or can be done by dropping into our office – no need to make an appointment. Our opening times are 9am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 11am to 5pm on a Wednesday.
The Crisis line can also be used to action referrals into our Duty, Outreach, CYP or Refuge services.
