Refuge
A Refuge is safe temporary accommodation where women with or without children can live free from abuse and have time and space to recover.
We ensure that our Refuges are safe and comfortable places to stay while you decide what to do next and take control of your life again. You can watch a film made by our refuge service explaining the difference it makes here.
You can view some photographs of our Refuges below.

Day 8. Move🏃 Exercise can boost our mood & ease feelings of stress or anxiety. Find ways to keep moving during the short winter days - put on your favourite song & dance while you're tidying up, or go for a walk while you listen to that podcast. Exercise can be fun!
